Wayne Conklin is the CEO of Glass Flooring Systems, and a third-generation professional in the architectural glass industry. With deep roots in glass innovation, Wayne brings decades of hands-on knowledge to the design and development of structural glass systems that are as durable as they are breathtaking.
He is the visionary behind Glass Flooring Systems’ patented framing systems used in the SkyFloor® Series 1000, 2000, and 3000, which has redefined what’s possible in structural glass design. These systems have been featured in some of the most remarkable architectural installations across the U.S., including One Vanderbilt, Post HTX, the Mercedes-Benz staircase, Domino Park, and Ferrari of Nashville.
Wayne is not only known for creating products that didn’t previously exist; he also pioneered a streamlined process for building and delivering those solutions at scale. His commitment to safety, elegance, and engineering precision continues to shape the future of walkable glass in both residential and commercial construction.
